dieFirma Print Room [PR] is delighted to announce its first in-person workshop in our Cooper Square location. Join us on Saturday, November 6 at our new [PR] space for portfolio reviews and conversations on photography, collages, videos, and books. The workshop will be led by celebrated Japanese photographers, Osamu Kanemura and Hiroko Komatsu, alongside New York-based Venezuelan photographer Victor Sira.

The workshop will help you identify your next step as a photographer—from finding your own voice as an artist to the process of discovering and making the work you’re passionate about. Kanemura and Komatsu will share insight into their process of creating their photographs, collages, videos, installations, and books. In addition, Victor Sira will provide an overview of the development of the book as an idea and as an object.

All staff, artists, students, and guests are required to show proof of vaccination upon entering dieFirma and must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times. For further information please refer to current local guidelines provided by New York City as well as the CDC website.
